Sean M. Matheny

Sean has called North East Florida home his entire life. A native of Putnam County, Sean gives back to Palatka through his focus in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Business Entity Formation. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, holds experience in public policy at the master’s level through Jacksonville University, and earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.

For over a decade, Sean has worked in and supported the community, assisting in the administration of a Family Practice Rural Health Clinic. By gaining extensive experience in healthcare administration, insurance, and patient advocacy, Sean now focuses on helping clients streamline many issues patients face near the end of life. His time in healthcare has driven his commitment to improving the quality of life for residents by offering solutions that address both financial and legal challenges. Sean’s multidisciplinary background and systematic approach looks to provide each client with a comprehensive plan, tailored to their unique needs.

Sean is dedicated to providing families peace of mind while maintaining a high standard of care. Outside of work, Sean loves raising (or playing games with) his four daughters, tackling home improvement projects, and adventuring with his wife.
