Dallas, a native Putnam County resident, attended The University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2007. She then went on to Florida Coastal School of Law, where she went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2010. After graduating, she practiced with a Jacksonville general practice firm for two years as an associate. While she was there, she gained experience in several practice areas, including estate planning, criminal defense, and contracts.
She later worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit in Duval County. During her time there, she worked in misdemeanor cases before her promotion to Felony Division.
