Dallas was born and raised in Putnam County. She attended The University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2007. She then went on to Florida Coastal School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2010. During law school, she interned with Finnell, McGuinness, Nezami & Andux in Jacksonville, and was brought on as an associate upon passing the Florida Bar. While she was there, she gained experience in several practice areas, including estate planning, probate, criminal defense, and contracts.

She later worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit in Duval County. During her time there, she briefly handled misdemeanor cases before her promotion to Felony Division.

Dallas returned to Putnam County in 2013 to open her own practice with a focus in probate and estate planning. Dallas has a passion for assisting clients during times of grief and guiding clients through end-of-life planning.

In her spare time, Dallas enjoys spending time with her husband, Jimmy, and their three sons, Paul, Silas, and Jude. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, bicycling, and collecting handbags.
